Please note: For contracts relating to accommodation services scheduled for a specific date or period, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal (Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB)). The terms and conditions regarding withdrawal and cancellation set out in our Terms and Conditions remain unaffected by this.
